The Rapid Immune Profiling Assay Kit enables quantification and characterization of 10 basic immune biomarkers for quick single-cell phenotyping in human PBMC samples. The optimized panel of antibodies has been tested following our robust validation workflow to ensure reproducible performance.

Convenient and Efficient Immunophenotyping
VistaPlex Rapid Immune Profiling Assay Kit includes the necessary reagents and protocol to stain up to 10 human PBMC samples with 10 biomarkers using CellScape automated staining and imaging.
Validated Antibodies
A panel of validated fluorescently labeled antibodies for 10 biomarkers is included for immunophenotyping.
Reagents and Buffers
Antibody diluent is included for preparation of antibody cocktails.
Optimized Protocol
An optimized protocol and a phenotyping strategy are included to guide execution and analysis of the multiplexed assay.
Validation Ensures Reliable Antibody Panel Performance
Antibodies for the multiplex panel were validated using 3 different blood donors in duplicate to ensure specificity, sensitivity, reproducibility, and multiplex suitability.
To ensure high quality data generation from a variety of sample types, the assay kit was successfully tested on samples that were biobanked on CellScape Slides for 6 months as well as cryopreserved samples. Download the validation report for experiment details and results.
