If there are significant adjusted p-values (< 0.05), then box plots of the corresponding signatures are shown below.  If no significant adjusted p-values are found, then signature box plots corresponding to significant unadjusted p-values (< 0.05) are displayed.  This is denoted by the subtitle for each plot.

Responders were characterized by significantly increased immune signaling, Tumor Inflammation Signature and IFN Gamma, as well increased HRD and p53 phenotypes.  Both IFN Gamma and the Tumor Inflammation Signature had high area under the curve values for predicting response, 0.907 and 0.847, respectively.  These should be further evaluated as predictive biomarkers for responsiveness to the combination therapy.  Single genes that were also significantly associated with response included: HLA-E, HLA-DBR1, CXCL10, VIM, NOTCH3, and CLDN4.
