Differential gene analysis of the baseline samples revealed that responders were characterized by significantly increased immune signaling, including Tumor Inflammation Signature and IFN Gamma, and IDO1, as well as increased HRD and BCp53 signatures. In contrast, responders had lower AR, differentiation, ER signaling, and PGR signatures. ESR1 and FOXA1 were also lower in responders than nonresponders, but the large range in both sample sets complicates interpretation of these results.
