If there are significant adjusted p-values (< 0.05), then box plots of the corresponding signatures are shown below.  If no significant adjusted p-values are found, then signature box plots corresponding to significant unadjusted p-values (< 0.05) are displayed.  This is denoted by the subtitle for each plot.
A number of the immune signatures were expressed at higher levels in samples from patients that had good objective response (CR/PR). These signatures were higher in both MSI (blue) and MSS (yellow) responders. The signatures most significantly associated with response were IFN gamma signaling (IFN gamma), the tumor inflammation signature (TIS) and MHC2. The Tumor Inflammation Signature (TIS) was also significantly associated with response.
