Changes in mutliple immune signatures were observed at the second and third timpoints vs the baseline sample. This may reflect an activation of the immune response in previously cold tumors induced by the immune therapy. Specifically, there was an increase in B cell and T cell signature scores at the second timepoint that was maintained at the third timepoint. Interestingly, the IDO1 signature was elevated at time 2 vs baseline but then dropped again by time 3.

More detailed information about the change of signature scores over time can be found on the 'Time Series Analysis' tab.
