VistaPlex Fresh Frozen Immune Profiling Assay Kit includes the necessary reagents and protocol to stain up to 10 human FF samples with 13 biomarkers using CellScape automated staining and imaging.
Validated Antibodies
A panel of validated fluorescently labeled antibodies for 13 biomarkers is included for immunophenotyping.
Reagents and Buffers
Antibody diluent is included for preparation of antibody cocktails. A DNA stain is included for cell segmentation.
Optimized Protocol
An optimized protocol and a phenotyping strategy are included to guide execution and analysis of the multiplexed assay.
Validation Ensures Reliable Antibody Panel Performance
