The panel targets key epithelial, lymphatic, lamina, vasculature and connective tissue biomarkers and can be expanded by pairing with additional VistaPlex assay kits or your own markers of choice.

Convenient and Efficient Spatial Multiplexing
The VistaPlex Tissue Architecture Assay Kit enables automated staining and imaging of 10 human FFPE samples for 12 biomarkers using the CellScape Precise Spatial Proteomics platform.
Validated Antibodies
The kit includes 12 validated, fluorescently labeled antibodies to support identification of structural tissue features.
Reagents and Buffers
Antibody diluent is provided for preparing antibody cocktails; EpicIF Buffer and Wash Buffer are available separately.
Optimized Protocol
An online protocol is available to guide consistent and reliable execution of the multiplexed assay.
Validation Ensures Reliable Antibody Panel Performance
Antibodies for the multiplex panel were validated using eight human tonsil FFPE tissue samples to ensure specificity, sensitivity, and reproducibility. Additional FFPE tissue types were validated for broad sample suitability. Download the validation report for experiment details and results.

Additional CellScape Products Needed
Whole Slide Imaging Chambers, product PRSM-CS-WSIC, are required for converting slides into microfluidic chambers required for staining with the VistaPlex Assay Kits. Wash Buffer, product PRSM-BUF-WASH, is required for washing samples in between staining cycles. EpicIF Buffer, product PRSM-BUF-EPIC, is required for signal removal between cycles.
