VistaPlex® Spatial Immune Profiling Assay Kit

For the CellScape® platform.

Fundamental Spatial Immunophenotyping of the Immune Microenvironment

The VistaPlex Spatial Immune Profiling Assay Kit delivers a ready-to-use antibody panel of immune-lineage markers curated and optimized through our robust validation workflow, for identification, characterization, and subclassification of immune cell states at single-cell resolution in intact tissue. Each panel is fully validated for use with the CellScape platforms, ensuring consistent staining, robust signal removal, and high-quality single-cell proteomic data.

Product Information

The VistaPlex Spatial Immune Profiling Assay Kits enable multiplexed detection of key immune markers directly in situ, delivering quantitative, spatially resolved phenotypes across human and mouse tissue in both FFPE and fresh-frozen formats. The kits are expandable with additional markers and enable automated staining and imaging of up to 5 standard histopathology slides on the CellScape platform.

Expandable Assays

Expandable Assays

Expand the Spatial Immune Profiling Assay Kit with additional VistaPlex Multiplexing Assay Kits, antibodies sourced from commercial vendors, or VistaFlex kit labeled antibodies to build a panel around your biology.

Compatible kits can be run on the same sample, and the CellScape workflow lets you seal, store, and revisit the same slide. Add new biomarkers later to drive data-driven panel expansion and make the most of precious samples.

Optimized Protocol

Optimized Protocol

An online protocol is available to guide consistent and reliable execution of the multiplexed assay.

Reliable Performance

Reliable Performance

Every panel is validated to the same standard for specificity, sensitivity, and reproducibility, documented in a validation report for each sample type.

Validation Data

The human FFPE panel data shown here was validated using eight human tonsil FFPE samples, with additional tissue types assessed for broad sample suitability — representative of the rigor applied across all VistaPlex Multiplexing Assay Kits.

Enlarged images show individual antibody stains in grayscale and multicolor counterstain examples.
Intra- and Inter-Site Validation

Following clone selection and assay design, the multiplex panels are validated for performance by specificity, sensitivity, reproducibility, and suitability measurements. Validation experiments are completed using serial tissue sections from multiple relevant tissues, on different CellScape instruments, in different laboratory sites, and with staining scored by multiple scientists
Qualitative Suitability and Specificity Assessment
Average scores from technical replicates of human FFPE Tonsil are visualized in a heatmap (A, green=pass, red=fail) and a radar plot (B). n = 8 samples scored by four independent judges.
Quantitative Reproducibility Assessment
Cell density measurements for each stain across three technical replicates of human FFPE tonsil
Tissue Type Suitability

Validation is performed on human FFPE tonsil as a positive control, as well a multiple fundamental disease states.
