The nCounter Data Analysis Pipeline (DAP) is our open-access analysis platform
for all of your nCounter data analysis needs. At your fingertips will be the
power to run quality control, normalization, statistical analysis, and produce
publication-quality figures – all without the need for bioinformatics expertise.
This tool is ideal for researchers who prefer an on-premises option with
advanced analysis capabilities.

Before downloading – please ensure you have already installed R ≥ 4.0

analysis. You will not interact directly with R during your analysis, but you
will need it installed on your computer.
