Protocol: Naveni PD1/PD-L1 Atto647N Using the CellScape Platform

Naveni PD1/PD-L1 is an in situ proximity ligation assay (PLA) for the study of PD1 and PD-L1 protein-protein interaction in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissue samples. This protocol describes the use of the Naveni PLA kit on the CellScape Precise Spatial Proteomics platform using EpicIF™ Technology.
